Recently I turned on my irrigation well and the motor turned on, but no water.  It’s either the pump or the well, I thought.  So I called Garcia & Garcia for assistance and left a message.  The next morning Hector called and we discussed the problem.  I was expecting a long wait until he could come out, but he surprised me when he said he could be here the next morning, Sunday, Father’s Day!  True to his word, he arrived and started diagnosing the system, starting with a water level check, which turned out to be 14 feet higher than when the well was drilled.  No problem with water.  He then checked the panel and found normal current readings.  He suggested we change the polarity to the motor, as sometimes repair work on the grid can result in polarity being inadvertently reversed.  He changed it and the problem was solved!  His thoroughness saved a lot of time  and money.  I was, and am, impressed with his work ethic, promptness and knowledge and highly recommend his service.
